Outstand collects the minimum information needed to process bids, publish listings, measure use, and send requested messages.
Information we process
- Submitted URLs, handles, categories, bids, and public website metadata, including a cached copy of the public logo.
- Payment status and customer email received from Stripe. Outstand does not receive full card numbers.
- Cookieless page and event measurements in Google Analytics 4 with analytics and advertising storage denied.
- First-party funnel milestones using a random, page-scoped identifier and coarse context such as category, country, bid amount, and controlled error codes. Submitted identities, email addresses, payment details, and IP addresses are not stored in the funnel ledger.
- Outbound listing visit counts without storing visitor email addresses in analytics.
Payment confirmations and rank alerts support the purchased service. Marketing tips and reports are sent only when the customer opts in. Every lifecycle email contains an unsubscribe link.
Processors and retention
Stripe processes payments, Amazon Web Services sends email, Google Analytics receives cookieless measurements, Cloudflare provides DNS and security, and our VPS hosts the application, database, and first-party funnel ledger. Records are retained for operations, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can use browser privacy controls or content blocking to restrict third-party analytics, unsubscribe from email, or request access or deletion at [email protected]. Payment records may need to be retained where law requires it.
