Terms of service
These terms govern use of Outstand and its one-time leaderboard bids.
The service
Outstand publishes paid listings ordered by their cumulative bid across country-category, national, and all-MENA boards. Visibility, traffic, sales, and a permanent position are not guaranteed. Rankings and country pools change whenever valid bids complete.
Your listing
You confirm that you are allowed to submit the destination and that its content is lawful, accurate, and safe. You grant us permission to display and cache public brand metadata such as its name, description, and logo for reliable delivery on Outstand pages, emails, badges, and share cards.
Payments
Bids are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Raising an existing listing charges the difference between the stored bid and the new total bid. Taxes and card requirements may vary by location.
Refund policy
Once your listing is displayed on the Outstand homepage, your bid is final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Refunds are otherwise only considered when a technical error on Outstand prevents the purchased listing from being displayed. Rank changes caused by later valid bids are not technical errors and do not qualify for a refund.
Availability and enforcement
We may restrict abusive traffic, remove prohibited listings, and suspend listings connected to fraud or payment disputes. The service is provided as available. Contact [email protected] for a payment or moderation issue.
