Terms of service
These terms govern use of Outstand and its one-time leaderboard bids.
The service
Outstand publishes paid listings ordered by their current bid. Visibility, traffic, sales, and a permanent position are not guaranteed. Rankings change whenever valid higher bids complete.
Your listing
You confirm that you are allowed to submit the destination and that its content is lawful, accurate, and safe. You grant us permission to display public metadata such as its name, description, and favicon.
Payments
Bids are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Raising an existing listing charges the difference between the stored bid and the new total bid. Taxes and card requirements may vary by location. Completed bids are generally final except where law requires otherwise or the service cannot be provided.
Availability and enforcement
We may restrict abusive traffic, remove prohibited listings, and suspend listings connected to fraud or payment disputes. The service is provided as available. Contact [email protected] for a payment or moderation issue.
