Rules
Outstand is a public paid arena. One cumulative bid powers a category rank, a national rank, and an all-MENA rank.
How ranking works
- A new listing can enter with a $1 cumulative bid and appears at the highest rank that total can take.
- An existing listing can top up in $1 increments. Checkout charges only the amount added to its cumulative total.
- To take a target position, the required total is the target's total minus your current total, plus $1.
- Equal totals keep the order in which those totals were reached.
- A completed payment updates every relevant board. An abandoned checkout does not reserve a position.
Where a listing ranks
- Inside its category and country, such as AI & Deep Tech in Saudi Arabia.
- Across its country overall.
- Across the all-MENA arena.
- Country rivalry totals are the sum of settled cumulative bids for that country.
What you can list
- A public product website or X handle.
- App Store, Play Store, GitHub, and similar platform paths are treated as separate products.
- Chat and invite links, link shorteners, adult content, malware, impersonation, and illegal services are not allowed.
- Submitted query strings, referral parameters, and fragments are removed. Outstand adds its own attribution parameters to outbound visits.
Payments, refunds, and moderation
- Payments are one-time leaderboard bids, not subscriptions.
- Once a listing is displayed on the Outstand homepage, the bid is final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- Refunds are otherwise only considered when a technical error on Outstand prevents the purchased listing from being displayed.
- We may remove unsafe or misleading listings. Fraudulent payments, disputes, or chargebacks can suspend the related listing.
