Rules
Outstand is a public paid leaderboard. Rank is the bid, with earlier bids winning ties.
How ranking works
- New listings use whole US dollars, from $5 to $999,999.
- Taking #1 costs at least $5 more than the current top bid. Lower bids land wherever that amount can rank.
- Equal bids keep the order in which the current bid amounts were placed.
- Enter the same website or X handle to raise it. The bid must increase by at least $1 and checkout charges only the difference.
- A completed payment claims the rank. An abandoned checkout does not reserve a position.
What you can list
- A public product website or X handle.
- App Store, Play Store, GitHub, and similar platform paths are treated as separate products.
- Chat and invite links, link shorteners, adult content, malware, impersonation, and illegal services are not allowed.
- Submitted query strings, referral parameters, and fragments are removed. Outstand adds its own attribution parameters to outbound visits.
Payments and moderation
- Payments are one-time leaderboard bids, not subscriptions.
- Refunds are only issued where required by law or where Outstand cannot provide the purchased listing.
- We may remove unsafe or misleading listings. Fraudulent payments, disputes, or chargebacks can suspend the related listing.
